ECC logo “All are welcome”. The phrase you hear whenever you visit an ECC community. This is what we do with our web sites. We welcome everyone to visit and see who we are. If you don’t have web presence for your community you may be missing out on the people that are looking for you. We all know that by having advertising in the Yellow Pages we can draw people to our communities. By adding a line to the Yellow Page ad with your domain name you can show people who we are, tell them a little about your self, and give them a map to find you, and they will come.
I have a web hosting package at a reasonable price that I am offering ONLY to ECC communities. I know how we all struggle to make ends meet in our daily lives and our communities reflect that. We struggle to pay the rent, pay a staff and pastor, to make sure we can be found. Why not add a web site to the list and NOT pay what the big boys pay. I can make that happen.
In this web site you will see a few examples of what your community can have. You probably have visited ecumenical-catholic-communion.org and seen one example of a web site that is hosted through Little Bear Webs. Holy Family logo

About Us

st ignatius logoLittle Bear Webs has only been a business since May 2007 but I started out as webmaster for Church of the Holy Family in Aurora, Colorado when we found out that we were paying too much and getting too little from our web host. Our church council decided to go with a new host and save $30.00 per month and reduce the maintenance and update fees to $0.00 (yes that really is zero). We did that by having a church member volunteer to become the webmaster and transfer our entire site to a new host. We ended up with two domain names an so as not to confuse people we kept both of them.

While webmaster I began visiting sites of other ECC churches to find out what everyone else was doing. One site really bothered me and in conversation with others I offered my services to the Bishop to rebuild the ECC website. This was November of 2005. I set my launch date for Easter of 2006 and was online with a completely new site three weeks early. With some design help and many suggestions from others the site was launched.

Since that time I have built new sites, rebuilt existing sites and been contracted to maintain sites for other ECC communities. During this process I have transfered hosting to less expensive hosting facilities and still offer to do the same for all ECC communities. Most sites are simple in design and presence. Others are more elaborate but all sites show who the ECC is, and we invite all to visit our sites and our communities.

All are Welcome
